Jane Fonda's Total Body Sculpting Workout

Those who are open to the idea that lifting weights can do many positive things for their physique will want to give this popular video a chance. Jane Fonda provides two 25-minute routines that are designed to help the viewer tone and strengthen the muscle groups that tend to challenge many who are trying to lose weight. Both programs target different muscles, without requiring the use of large dumbbells. Optional hand and ankle weights are shown as Jane begins the standing, seated, and floor movements. Warm-up exercises lead into gently paced routines that work both the upper and lower body muscle groups, as well as increase the viewer's abdominal strength.
